They want to turn him into a saint, in order to do this he has had to have performed a miracle. They now claim that his dead body somehow cured a French nun of Parkinson’s disease. Now I don’t with to disrespect anyone’s faith but this is balderdash.

If you suspend all sceptical thinking, it isn't so hard to believe.

Tbf if you already believe in God then the former Pope's body having magical powers isn't that much of a leap of faith.

True, but you'd have to wonder doesn't anyone stop to think...how did his dead body do this??

Quote:
In John Paul's case, a 49-year-old French nun, Sister Marie Simon-Pierre Normand, said she and her fellow nuns prayed for the intercession of the pope after his death to cure her from Parkinson's Disease.

Her sudden cure had no logical medical explanation and she later resumed her work as a maternity nurse, the Vatican says.

There have been reports that Sister Marie has fallen ill again since her recovery and that her diagnosis with Parkinson's Disease may have been incorrect.

I’m sure they will find a way of making something up so it appears he is responsible for a miracle.
