I go to pole dancing lessons once a week an theyre great! Managed to climb right to the top of a very high pole on Tuesday!

The one I go to its ?30 per hour, but thats for between 1 and 4 people, I go with 2 friends so we all pay ?10 each, if I have a lesson on my own its the full ?30 but thats just the way the school does it where I go

Its really good, in 7 weeks ive learnt loads of spins, have enough strength to climb to the top (and these are very high poles!) and I can also do one move where I hang upside down by my just my legs!

You might have that opinion of girls who have it as their main job, but i actually work in accounts and use it as a hobbie and a way of getting toned!

That's quite good, I expected it to cost more than that! I might have a look into it and see if there's anywhere around here

Yea its not to bad, just need to wait till I get my house and then ill be getting my own pole! The only thing I will say is how much you ache at first, its ridiculous and the bruises! It looked like my boyfriend had been battering me!
