New Deadly Seven Sins!!

The Roman Catholic Church have announced new "Mortal Sins" which are in line with the modern world.

One is that it will be a mortal sin to have wealth and not to use it wisely for the benefit of others.

Another is that we have to have respect for the Earth and the wasteful use of the limited resources will also be a mortal sin.

Another is taking part in genetic modification experiments on humans.

For those non Catholics here a Mortal Sin is one which will ensure you do not get into heaven.

I think... That Seven Deadly Sins sounds better than "Seven Deadly Sins and three others that we just added"

They added more than three new ones, I think. But the original 7 could be summed up in one word each.

Greed
Gluttony
Lust
Envy
Wrath
Vanity

How're they gonna sum up the new ones in one word?

and in a few years time do you think the catholic council of adding extras to things will meet up to announce more? what a pile of pants!!!

Its just more crap for people to repent on their death beds. Maybe the church is trying to make the list longer to stop so many people getting into heaven....must be getting crowded by now.

Just to be clear, mortal sins are sins that ensure you don't get into heaven unless you confess and are absolved.
