It's so full of double speak:
Calling it "the exact opposite" it states

What does that have to do with anything?

For the record, PBF identifies itself as the nation's fifth largest petroleum refining company, not the fourth, in a May 14 registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of its plan to go public."
How forget that it is true they had a big spill- they got the company's place wrong!!!!!!
The cost did go up as Obama's people said.

closures for maintenance." Bloomberg mentioned that Hess and PBF "have curtailed processing" without further explanation. "
The fact that the donor's company "closed two refineries" which was only "partially offset" by opening one had no effect? Really?
