The lady jumped into the Polar Bear enclosure and swam up to the animal so she was the original aggressor and not the bear. It's not the like the bear swam through the water and climbed up out of it's enclosure and chased down the lady. Oh, and there's a video in the link.

What did she expect to happen?!!

My brother was telling me just yesterday of another attack (I forget where) recently, where the woman stood too close to the polar bears cage, and almost lost a leg..
that's what I thought this one was going to be about.

Zoos need higher fences to protect the animals...not the people...too funny. Nature in reverse.

I know; or like I was saying to my brother, a double set of bars, the first set about a good 5 feet from the animals actual cage..

I mean, these animals kill for a living in the wild.

and this loon goes in at feeding time! - You KNOW she's nuts!

Oh, and even better yet, the news story said she went swimming WHILE THE BEARS WERE BEING FED. Yeah, great time to go play with the carnivorous wild animals.
