A good computer for ?200?

Can you build a good computer for ?200? with an OS that is serprate, just the hardware?

If so what would you build compnents etc..

Dunno what the market is like in the UK specifically, but, at that price in the US, you're looking at either a low-end pre-made PC from the likes of Dell or HP, or building one with used components.

I have a mother board in mind.. tell me what you think..
