Lately I can't fall asleep until my body just shuts down from sheer exhaustion and it is really starting to take its toll on me. I've tried warm baths, reading, no electrical devices a couple of hours before sleep, evening walks, nothing seems to help. I'm at my wits end, I don't know how much more I can take. Sorry, my sentence turned into a paragraph.

I been the same way for most of my adult life. Eventually you just get used to being tired. Alcohol works and so does pot but i dont really like either of those much anymore, but they work everytime.
