Did you even watch the video? It clearly shows that a lot of people showed up at Trump's inauguration - the picture shown up the top here, was at the very start of the day, so of course there wouldn't be very many people yet.

Yes a lot of people went to Trumps inauguration. Fully a third less than the lot of people that went to Obama's first & prolly half of the lot of people what went to Obama's second.
