I overspent recently

I spent something over 1000 euros in PC programs and ebooks this past Friday. I tried to purchase Foxit Advanced Reader but my visa was denied. I realize that I went over the limit of my daily spending. I must still have over 17,000 euros still in my account, but, I went too far. I should have spent less, but I was overenthusiastic.

What happens now? Will I be able to use my visa again tomorrow, having waited 24 hours, to spend money again, or will I have to take this issue up with my local bank?

Wait a day, then instead of buying more stuff online, actually go outside where people are and interact with them.

Try it. I'm sure you'll hate it because it's going to be uncomfortable for you, but in the end it'll do you good.

Who buys programs and ebooks now-a-days?

Why don't you give me your visa number, exp date and security code and I will see if it works in the US since we're in a diff time zone.

I have to admit, for a long time, the prospect of going out to buy stuff wasn't very appealing to me. I've spent the past two years purchasing things on-line and only investing money in official institutions, whether it was sports centers or language schools or the cinema, from time to time.

But now, yes, I do intend to spend my shopping beyond the confines of my home's walls. I'll buy the equipment I need from my new martial arts school. I'll look around for an antique shop that sells replicas of Wild West guns and see if I can get some more fresh air. It would do me good to talk to interact with people. I used to do it a lot in London. I'll start doing it again now. Thanks for the push.

Thats a good idea. Interacting with people helps you a lot in life. As most things in life depend on successful interaction.
