1 lb high gluten flour
3 quarts water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp yeast
Mix ingredients and knead until dough forms a ball,let sit for 1 hour,may freeze or stretch into a pizza on a pizza tin.
