Cold sores

Okay first of all, they are disgusting.

Second of all, they hurt like hell.

I have one that has been swelling up since early last week. My lip is really swollen but apparently it's not noticeable. I know they generally develop after colds, or when your immue system is weak, or when you're under a lot of stress, so it makes sense that I have one

I've been putting ice on it to numb it a bit, and it helps, but it's really annoying to do! Any other home remedies anyone knows of? Or any medicines people have tried and that work well for it?

I hate them...I always used to get them and they would nevvvvver go away without like a prescription cream thing.

my son gets them get zovirax it will go in 2 days

I get em to about twice a year.
Try abreva...also hydrogen paroxide works good for me.

Vinegar or Herpetad also work but Zovirax is the best.

OMG I have one of those right now. It hurts. It is under my lip, right on my gum next to my tooth. Owowowowow. Nothing you can do, unfortunately. Just wait it out.
