They seem to come out of nowhere and multiply!

Are they fruit flies...make sure you keep your fruit refrigerated then (minus the banana's) but even them, make sure that you wash them and don't keep them to they spoil.

If they are regular flies...idk, bug spray, keep your windows closed and your dishes clean, and your trash covered. Make sure your bins are all covered...god know they attract flies.

They are regular flies. I live on a farm with horses..so not having is not really an option.
Just didn't see any in my room til this week though
