at what age should someone open up about there sexuality?

Whenever they know it's for real, and it's not just they're curiosity.

Hmmmm.. Whenever they feel comfortable about 'coming out'and know that it is for real.

I don't know as i've never been in that situation... i suppose you'd know deep down really?

In my opinion, I don't think there really is a certain set age where people should come out. I think it would be a really hard thing for anyone to do, and they really need to feel that they are ready and comfortable and be prepared for the mixed reactions they might receive from their family or their friends
