but its physically a fruit. the government can call a tomato a veggie but it doesnt make it true. botanically speaking it is a fruit so no, it doesnt settle anything unfortunately. lawyers dont tend to know much about plants...

there is really no such thing as a fruit-vegetable. a fruit is a ripened reproductive body of a seeded plant. and a vegetable is the edible root seed tuber stem leaf or bulb of a plant. so it does have to be either/or. and the tomato happens to be a fruit.

although i did find another definition that classified a vegetable as an non sweet fruit so idk. but there is definitely no such thing as a fruit-vegetable...

We got on the Tomater because of me..

but again. .Culinarily it is referred to as a Veggie because of it's use and preparation.

Botanically the Tomato is in Fact a Fruit. Look it up. I'm sure your book only refers to it because of it's culinary use
and like I said before the supreme court ruling was passed in order to be able to tax the Fruit as a Veggie.
look it up.
