I like salmon too but it is kinda hit and miss for fish and chips. I went to this one place in Long Beach, WA and had salmon fish and chips that I'd kill my grandma for.

salmon tastes too much for me....i really cant take it

I made some of my best with fresh Ling Cod, but out here they like Rock fish, AKA, Red Rock Cod, or Alaskan Pollock

I can't wait for a thick slab of King Salmon on the grill, with lemon, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Cooked med rare.

Sounds good but to me, better on chicken. I like mine with basil and wine.
