my evening was dusting, police and guns.

i have a bug of some sorts,

so i tore into my living room.
i dusted, pulled out all the furniture, swept and mopped, then rearranged the the furniture.

about that time my husband came home, we had a snack and left go to the shoppes.

we get out to the van, get settled in, john looked back to pull out.
and here they came. a whole row of police cars.
we let what i think was about 4 of them pass us by.
we backed up and turned right into 3 more police cars.

but these guys are jumping out like swat.
dressed to the hilt and some of the biggest guns i'd ever seen.
after scrutiny by the police, we were aloud to leave.

an hour later we came home. the police were still there.
is it a stand off?
are they raiding the townhouses where i live?

john and i drove off to decide what to do. so we drove around the block. (this block takes about 5 min. to circle)
we deducted that neither of us has a warrant out.
i'm sick and coughing and my breather is on the coffee table.
so we went home after all.

we are coming down the sidewalk and there they are. all of them. in front of my door.
i'm coughing my head off with dread feeding into my soul.

turns out the one who proclaimed to be the n/door neighbors' friend, is the kid that is claimed to be the one that stole their b/screen telly. and other stuff.

i guess they beat the tar out of him while we were having a snack.
the kid somehow text-ed his dad, told him of the beating and a gun shoved in his mouth.

i went to bed exhausted.
