Hey guys

i have just bought a new motherboard and Sempron processor and have got it running as i am on here lol its just that Windows XP is showing the processr as running at 1.81ghz this should be 3ghz
on my old motherboard there was a jumper which limited the bus speed and when i changed that i got the full speed from my processor but i cannot see one on my new motherboard the bios says that the processor is running at 200mhz if that helps lol
any ideas any1?
