Ok, I need everyones opinion on this one. What is the best free software I can download online to take care of my Spy-ware?

Avast is free and has spyware protection.

The message near the top of today's forum lists a bunch of free anti-virus anti-spyware programs. I do very well with Spyware Doctor and AVG-Free.

Even if you pay money for one anti-malware program, have at least one more as a backup. No single program can stop every bit of malware, so it pays to have two.
