tender bits...

I put this in woman talk becase its slightly embarassing. being pregnant, m chest is extremely tender. I know this is completely normal. however, being large chested, I often bump into stuff, which only makes it worsen. what remedies are there to take the achiness out of my breasts? is there anything that can relieve the pain? they also burn sometimes, especially my nipples. im hoping to find a way too cure the aache so I can work normally without having to worry about the pain.

Congratulations! It is said to be safe to take paracetamol whilst pregnant (ask your doctor, it maybe different in the UK) although, I would have thought that anything cold would help to ease it a bit.

I totally feel your pain!! I had the same problem when I was pregnant. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to "cure" it. I wore a comfy sports bra when I wasn't wearing a regular one and that seemed to help minimize the discomfort (kept them from swinging loose and bumping into things, LOL). Unfortunately, you're in for a lot worse pain once you have the baby and your milk comes in. That is no fun at all. Good news is once that stabilizes, they get better. Hang in there!

lol I know how it feels already. this is my second pregnancy. just seem a lot more tender this time.

Mine are absolute hell at the moment and being very large chested I feel your pain, i haven't found anything to make them less sore.

lol! and guys think large breasts are a blessing. I've tried cool compresses lately and its helped a little but I can't exactly stick wet papertowel in my bra at work I need relief!

I don't know what to tell you.... mine hurt all the time w/out being preggos.... I feel for you, that's for sure
