Game Programing systems

Hi, im currently taking an online course in school about online gaming. It is teaching me about how to make games (right now im learning how to use Multimedia Verion 2, i'll get into writin scripts halfway through the year)

I guess i would just like to talk about other types of gaming programs. Also if u use Multimedia or other gameing systmes (if u do plz tell me bout them)

I guess i just want this place to be a place for people like me that are considering taking graphic desinging for a job. Talk about games u have made, tips on how to use Multimedia (basically anything to do with game programming)

Hi. I'm going to uni next year to do animation (if I get in *fingers crossed*) and I've used something called gamemaker before and it's free but very basic. (i never really worked it out but my friend did)
