cna anyone help me post my pic in my profile

i'm having a hard time trying to figure out hoe to get my pic for my avatar or under my profile, help.

for the avatar just click on the browse button, on mine it took my to my pics, then you pick which you want.

am i right?

well i tried but it said that my pic was too large, and i don't know how to put it under my profile or in my journal. but if you can help that would be great

that would require you to host it and then link it

Right click on the picture you want,open with paint,go to image,down to stretch/strew,reduce the horizontal/verticle by 50%,then check attributes this will tell you what size it is.just keep reducing the size till it's the right size.hope that helps
