I have had the same situation, but maybey try giving her a bottle with expressed milk so she can get used to using a bottle... then introduce the formula before you leave. That way it wont be new for her.
That worked for me

my kids were huge when they were born, and always hungry. they didn't care if it was mom-milk, formula, or motor oil on the other side of that nipple... they just wanted some!
some kids will transition well, others won't... just give it a try
