To log out, just click the log out link near the top of the screen.

Then, if you're using IE6: click Tools, Options, then Delete Cookies and Delete Files. While you're there, click Settings and change "amount of disk space to use" to 100 MB instead of the obscenely high default.

If you're using IE7 (with tabs): click Tools, Internet Options, then click the Delete button by Browsing History. Click Delete Files next to Temporary Internet Files and then Delete Cookies next to Cookies.
