Very cute story. Mind if I ask your daughter's age? To give some constructive critisism (the kind you shouldn't take offense from) commas were overused =P Nothing that's a big deal though. I plan on becoming an English teacher and also a published writer so yeah haha. I think I might post one of my pieces on this site soon, I hope you check it out.
