Sorry to say that but its defineatly not a good thing, why don't you ask him not to smoke around you, especailly because you have ashma and if he doesn't listen then I think you should dump him, because he obviosuly doesn't care enough about you.

next time he sparks up a fag stub it out on his balls hell stop then if he knws thats the consequence for it . . . .. .
alternatively you could buy him the patches??

Tell him that it makes you sick (literally) when he smells like smoke and that you WANT to spend time with him but can't when you get sick every time he comes around, if he REALLY LOVED YOU he would stop smoking FOR YOU or at least not smoke when you're around or when he's going to be seeing you
