it never bothered me until everyone brought it up!

but yea, i don't see why athletes feel the need to continue taking them after all the recent criticism. i mean, i do....but i would think their reputations would be more important than winning by cheating.

i thought Barry Bonds was juicing up? it was in the news and all that.. why
was he still playing?

short term gain? i don't understand why they would do so...

according to this book i read a few years ago, almost all the big-time athletes
use the stuff.. in fact, in that infamous 100m Olympic race where Ben Johnson
was done for steriods, supposedly, all of them were on the stuff.. and that
Johnson's test was "messed up" because he wasn't supposed to be found out..

others like Flo-Jo and Carl Lewis were supposedly juiced up too.. her untimely
death and his being crippled speaks a lot...

i would think there's more to steriod use than just the athletes.. i would think
there's corruption and a lot of other things like that involved...

sad, don't you think?
