if you have pop ups coming up on your computer periodically like that, it probably means your computer has some kind of spyware or trojan.
I use lavasoft ad aware, i also use panda software, as well as x cleaner and spyware doctor.
another good program to use to help find these is Hijackthis.
unfortunately just one software program wont usually be sufficient in getting rid of all of your bad files if your are infected. i have found that all of them wind up missing something that it should have found on my computer.
so using a couple of different ones is preferred in trying to deal with this, to make sure it gets evry single active bad file, including whats in your registry.
