No i do, we should be treated equally. that story i pasted in, well it has a truth in it, when i was in school, the top ten students where mainly female.. they had better reasults than me for sure.. they left school, and......... ended uo working in Tesco..... now i just thought that that was my home town, small town mentality.... i left there moved to the big city and to be honest the only asperational women i have met have been on TFS... sure there where a couple of managers, but deep down there was no focus, and majority of them where on there 3rd kid..

Men and women should be treated equally but the majority on both sides will always tip the balance... (theres your debate!! )
