it works on the same principal as aromatherapy oils. and the bottled bach's bushflower essences are steeped in brandy, so you get a miniscule hit of grog too lol, never a bad thing.

the grog sounds good to me lol

Yes! I have used both Rescue Remedy and Sweet Chestnut drops, and they worked for me.
