Rhythmic Gymnastics

How many of you actually know what it is? Is anyone else here a rhythmic gymnast..if so..what level??

What is it exactly?

Hiya!
Rhythmic gymnastics is a mix of dance, and slight artisitic gymnastics (rolls and walkovers), however, the gymnast used apparatusses such as clubs, ball, hoop, ribbon and rope!

hm sounds interesting.

It is very interesting...I'm an International Level Performing..training 4 hours a week. Only one competition is included, and it's basically just for fun. Thats the greatness of performing instead of competing!
