Lets list the reasons as to why this is a bad idea

I don't think it is real. The image has an odd look around the piercing. Plus here upper teeth look like they are too far down.

If it is, then she is an idiot - as well as the person that did it for her.

Obvious Photoshop. The hole shows her top teeth extending down an inch past her bottom lip.

Possibly, I always wonder if there is something deeper though. Its a habit.

I think its the same girl in the picture you posted actually... which means your photo you posted probably isn't fake. These videos were filmed in 2008 and 2009. Being its 2010 she probably gauged it bigger.

That girl should be covered in brown gravy and fed to a pack of wolverines on PCP.
