Organ donors... or not??? Just curious...

I'm a donor. I'm not gonna need my organs when I'm dead so if I have a chance to save lives, I totally would.

Oh! And as for being a live kidney donor, I can't do it. I don't have spare parts!

I'm an organ donor. I'm going to get cremated anyway, might as well get my insides chopped out for the greater good.

Well, I'm gonna need a kidney sometime soon, I'm on the B list. I didn't know this but I was on the A list and they called me two weeks after they put me on the list without my knowledge at 3am . I turned it down because A) I wasn't ready or expecting it B) I had no ride and C) I didn't need one yet. The doctor was visibly upset and he told me the longest I could go without a kidney would be Feb of '08. Thank God I have Dr. Flato, he knows what he's doing.

Well if I kick the bucket any time soon, I'll give you my kidneys provided your blood type is A+.

I, reluctantly, checked the yes box on the organ donor. I only said yes because I had a family member and a friend who needed an organ.

I just find it creepy creepy creepy that my organs might find a new home in someone else's body. alas, I won't think about it and do the right thing. Especially since I have a rare blood type.

Well, I get a million in life insurance if he dies by accident or "natural causes", so it's a win/win for us both!

I made sure to check 'Donor' on my driver's licence. Been that way since I was 18. Even now, if a family members or close family friend need an organ or bone marrow and I can spare it, I'd gladly help.

Plus when I 'pass on' I won't need 'em, so if they function, have at it! My eyes as well(Since they are coming along with science...I think I saw I show on TLC that had to do with eye transplants). If someone can have the chance to have their vision repaired, giver.

I'm an organ donor because the way I see it, when I'm dead, all my organs are going to do is rot away!

I don't donate blood however because of iron problems.
