Just watched a bit of that new show from fox. Glee, I have to admit i love it. I also love musicals, with a passion. Some of my faviourite films are musicals. Now before people start taking the piss, listen to my reasoning. They tend to have the most talented stars. When was the last time your saw some of these so called movie stars act with any conviction. Never mind dance and sing at the same time. The sets are sepactular, there is no need for special effects to cover things up. Most tend to cheer you right up when you are having a really bad day.
So i suggest next time you have a lack of something to do watch mamma mia, les mis, 7 brides 7 brothers, calamity jane, chicargo, Oklahoma!, Guys and Dolls, the grinch to name just a few | |

| I'm feeling quite depressed, as i had to go to the job centre today, and sign on. Lost my job a couple of weeks ago, but couldn't bring myself round to doing it. No money at the mo, so had to. Also over the last couple of months i have come to realise how rude employer are. They don't even have the decency to reject you. | I love watching US cable news. Its not a news outlet, its a scripted sitcom. For example watching the recent coverage about obama is hilarious. Is he a natural born citizen, is he not. Dodd on CNN was teh best "i believe the president is a citizen" hallaluha HE DOES BELIEVE! Fox is the worst culprit (though MSNBC was funny during the bush years) I saw a clip of them disscusing the beer that obama was drinking in the now famous beer with the cop and the prof. | |
