Yes, they can when they aren't feeding most of their people.

40 second inter-continental rockets rockets don't appear to be very useful.

They fired 6 rockets but only one was the rocket claimed to be capable of reaching the west coast of the USA. It lasted all of 40 seconds before mal-functioning. I wonder was it developed by Ulster Loyalist Pariamilitaries

North Korea is a blow hard, yeah it's got a large army and now missiles with possible nukes.

Great.

The thing is I don't think even Mr. Kim Jong Il is as unstable as to actually launch an attack well knowing he will lose.

My bet is that in about 10-15 years the North Korean people are gonna find out their 'utopia' is not exactly the greatest place to live on earth.
When they do you can kiss g'bye to communism in NK.

Meh....our Missile Defense can knock down advanced ICBM's from Russia...

North Korea's second rate missiles don't really worry me when it comes to hitting the West coast U.S. but they do worry me with regards to being aimed and fired at Japan. I don't think they'd ever fire a missile at South Korea.
