Annoying co-worker

How do I deal with someone that just won't get off my case?
I'm in a newish team and been there for 7 months but still find things difficult and this guy is always complaining that I am screwing things up, making life difficult for him and others and piss him off with my inane comments.
He should just get a life.

Who does he complain to ? Just anyone who's close enough to hear him or the supervisor/boss or is he the kind that will talk s*** to you, about you , but not when anyone else is around ?

i know from working at groceries store for 34 years. it is a normal razz the new person or give him crap.

some way, it is a way that a break the new person, it is normal in working situation. to see how the new person put with the co -worker's crap and something are good to be a fall guy or someone be a victim of pranks.

i through my " trail of baptism " to fit in at my grandpa's store.

eventually, your co workers will accept you or not. it take some time. or , a new guy come to the store, and your co-workers will focus on him, instead of you.

You say you are doing what he is complaining about, I think that " a bit and kinda" means that he isn't just making things up to complain about.
If he is a co worker and just another member of the team , all he's doing is making a not so good situation worse.
You need to go to your supervisor , in a civil, mature manner tell him/her what is going on . Let the supervisor deal with the co workers BS and do what needs to be done to get you some training or more training or whatever .

it is the right to go your supervisor to complain about your situation.

you are going to be the situation, and the supervisor tell not his problem , it's yours. work out with him. and leave me alone. you be surprise that a normal response, or the proper response from your supervisor. he is not their to baby sit you.

actually in small business, that more flexable with things like this. not like corporation are like sex harassment cases. who take things more serious.

If the work isn't getting done and the boss goes to the supervisor for the reason . If there is something ,let's say an issue involving a couple of co workers , that was the cause of the work not getting done and the supervisor is clueless about what is happening on his/her shift .What does he/she tell the boss?
I'm just saying that if people didn't bring issues that need attention , to the person being paid to deal with things that need attention ...heck fire, that's what makes that $2.26 an hour extra, all the more worth it.
It's not complaining and it's not baby sitting if it's dealt with in an adult manner.

Yes, this is a good thing to do. Problem is, many people do 'right things' as suggested here, but their presentation/tone/choice of words is wrong.
