No she didn't. He was convicted and went to jail.

Actually, based on the poor evidence system of the police and the pathetic prosecution, she (as an attorney) should have fought harder and got her client off... completely.

However, she actually didn't live up to her oath as a lawyer and talked her client into pleading guilty...knowing full well that she could easily have gotten him off completely.

Well, if she had gotten him off, she would be just as bad as Bill.

When did getting off include plea deals? Pleas are declaring guilt. The opposit of getting off.

Like even if found guilty you can claim the jury was wrong and s***, maybe even keep fighting.... but plea bargain. Done deal. No changing that.

I think it comical.

Our country's legal system is founded on the ideas of "innocent until proven guilty", legally obtained evidence, the right to confront one's accuser and everyone has a right to legal counsel.

In addition, if one is a practicing trial attorney one might be selected by a judge to act as defense counsel, even if one doesn't like it.

However, if a lawyer does his/her job in defending a suspected criminal, that lawyer is a horrible crime supporting creep.

And, if a lawyer talks his/her client into pleading guilty, said lawyer is guilty of getting the client off...even though the client went to jail.

But hey...we are living in an era of alternative facts.

Okay, is it suddenly morally and legally acceptable to go and hack companies for information because I believe them to be motivated by greed and a thirst for power? Is it suddenly morally and legally acceptable to cyber stalk CEO's, district managers, and store managers because 'power craves more power'? Is it suddenly acceptable to data-mine people in a corporations chain of command because I have a problem with the system?

That's my biggest problem with this whole argument. We're talking about PEOPLE. Not simple, caricatured, little hell spawns, but PEOPLE.

@nooneinparticular Said

Like I said before, you don't get a new system simply by wishing for it really hard. You don't suddenly get a new world that caters to your interests simply because of the idea of the inevitability of divine intervention.

haha please. He got off compared to what a rapist should get. Yet you're defending a slap on the wrist for raping a young girl. Wow.

Now look at you poorly trying to twist her s*** into cupcakes. You can go ahead and eat those cupcakes up buddy, I'll pass on the s***. I heard the audio.

Most rapists do - in fact the overwhelming majority. Get off that is. But with absolutely nothing. Scott free.

So now it is not just Hillary's fault, but also my fault that the police and the prosecution pretty much failed to do their jobs.

So when you said she got the rapist off, you were either lying or willfully ignorant about the facts of the case, and now you are unwilling to admit that you were wrong.
