I do agree with you, tho... it just seems the more mature young people aren't as open (errr, loudmouthed.lol) as the ones who are going around "OMG, I TOTALLY slept with my boyfriend THREE times last week!"

I may admit that I'm sexually active (and I'm even pretty reserved with that), however, I've never come on here or anywhere else (including real life) and went:
"Omg Eric and I ____ and then we ____ for ____ and then he ____ my ___!"

There's also the element of being prepared to take full responsibilty if something should go wrong.

For instance, before we even started a physical relationship, Eric and I talked about what we would do in the event of a pregnancy.

Though we both disagreed in the beginning (and still somewhat disagree now; he would rather go for abortion/adoption, but I wouldn't do either), we know that should something *God forbid* go wrong, that we will have to raise a child.

THUS, we have taken all the necessary steps in order to prevent that for the time being.

Kristy I love you. But my overprotectiveness wants to say that I don't care how responsible or smart you are. If you get pregnant I kill you. I would be such a nazi parent. Hats off to those with kids.
