Well done, I quit in March some time and I still find it hard sometimes but I love being a non smoker now

It took me a while when to decide to stop smoking and then i thought dont put off till tomorrow what you can do today.

I don't smoke but my dad used to do so, until one day he bought his last packet, and threw it in the river on his way home(together with his lighter)
He's never smoked again ever since...
