Never mind the latest Zogby poll taken Fri through Mon which has him at 28%, vs. Perry at 18% and Romney at 17%. (Guess that straw poll win for him in Fla. was totally insignificant after all.)

Of course this means he has a lock on the Republican nomination.***

Just wondering what people thought about the recent developments surrounding Cain, including his true blackness a la the LA Times and Al Sharpton, vs someone like Obama who was born of a white mother and a Kenyan, and never spent a day doing right of passage anywhere near a ghetto.

Well, that's not very likely to produce a black much less slave ancestor, unless you want to go back many hundreds of years in which case we would all have such ancestors.

In any case, I think you're ignoring the point. Do you have any comments about the current state of the Republican Party's set of candidates?

Talk about a surefire way to make sure the South doesn't turn out to vote. I'm okay with that. Those idiots have had a bit too much influence in events the last few decades anyway.
