Amazon has it for sale and the cover there is the same as the one above

well i did a google image search and an amazon search, and though on the uk release of the game the cover has changed (mario doing a different pose) the stars are still there... I expect it was probably just the guys bored while in the office, just put in the easter egg... cause well lets face it, has nintendo ever been a serious bunch?
