Just made this, and it was good, so I thought I'd share. It's my own creation...

Ingrediants -

4 oz cooked and tailed Shrimp
5 pieces sun dried tomato
~6 - 8 oz of linguini
2 - 4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

Gently heat the olive oil and butter in a pan large enough to eventually hold all ingrediants. While you're doing this, set the linguini cooking. Crush the garlic, and cut the sun dried tomatos up.

When the butter is melted, add the all ingrediants to the pan (except the linguini!). Keep this moving - remember, you ARE NOT cooking the ingrediants, just getting them well covered in the oil/butter. When the linguini is done, throw it in the pan, and toss with the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve!

Well it's now eaten and half digested, so I don't think you'll be wanting that picture. Maybe if I make it again in the near future. And since I still have shrimp left, I may!
