Maybe I didn't make myself clear, did the char attribute all $825 billion to Obama, or did they give him a pass on all but $170 billion? If they did attribute the whole thing to Obama, why did they give him a tiny sliver of the bar when the $825 billion would have been about 25% of spending for the year?
