Do you sleep well at night.

6 hours on average. I sleep pretty well.

usually 3-6 hours which most of that is made up of nightmares. i do spend most of my night up talking late and tend to have to get up early but it still dosent stop me

I used to get about six hours but now that I'm retired I can sleep up to eight or nine hours easy. I still wake up at least once a night but I go right back to sleep usually.
