Treating damaged hair? How? and For How long?

Almond oil, couple drops of rosemary and a few lavender, always sorts my hair out, I sometimes leave it in over night.

I also swear by beer shampoo!

That's funny... A purity edict exists for Monoi oil, just like the one for beer, in Germany!

If its just dry you do not have to chop it off, if its split ends you are going to have to. Salons will do a treatment for you and it lasts about a month. It gets your hair really soft and undoes the damage from flat irons, hair dryers etc. KPak makes a lovely split end serum to put and really works. They have special shampoos for split ends and they also work well. Nexus makes a nice one and its only about 15$ a bottle for shampoo and 15$ for the conditioner.
