I guess it's 'sort' of similar to our scrapple? - Which I'm not fond of, but have eaten on occassion; but even then only loaded first with lots of ketchup.

That actually sounds like meatloaf made with pork..parts.

It's not though; It actually has an unpleasant texture to it, even though when done, and the 'outside' is fried crispy, the inside is a soft texture, just a bit firmer than yogurt. (that's the closest thing I could think of to describe it). - I'm 'really' hungry if I'm eathing this, obviously.
