i have wireless connection, do u know anyways to speed up my fps on quake 3 ??

FPS is frames per second and has nothing to do with your network connection.

How old is your hardware that you can't run Quake 3 well?? You need to upgrade your graphics card, CPU, and/or RAM.

Quake 3? A bit of an old game to say the least, wouldn't need much to run it, I would assume, I can hardly bear to think if it would run on my old machine, how it would run on my current rig
