your not going to marry the woman! if all your gonna do is tell her she has pretty eyes, then just tell her...its not that hard! when she walks up to you make eye contact and just say "wow! you have really pretty eyes" you dont need to go into that who excuse me ma'am, blah blah blubber...just tell her that and im sure she will just say thank you, and go on her way
