How do you get to sleep at night?

I am that way too. Sometimes, I barely make it from the couch. But I have been known to be like a cat. Leave me be for 5 minutes and I am out.

Hell, my brother has a tendency to fall asleep mid-conversation.

I have only done that once. But that was after 1 and 1/2 with out any sleep.

if I can't sleep I turn on the radio or walk around the house quietly for a little while until I get bored

Reading, watching YouTube, listening to my ipod.

I make sure my blankets are straight on my bed. Set my alarm, turn the fan on high, drop two pillows out of the three on the floor in a particular place. Hop onto the bed, yawn, shut off the lights, turn to sleep on my stomach, take my pillow, turn it long ways and lie on it so that I'm practically lying on top of it. Yawn again, smile, stretch, yawn, think about my day, smile, smile some more, start day dreaming, and boom two minutes later, I am out.
