why do so many people think that all teenagers are drinking, druggies that go around flashing there goods to the other sex. totally not true. most of the teenagers i know including myself dont drink, dont smoke, and are virgins and quite proud of the fact. no, its not because we're "losers and cant get anything" i have a boyfriend of over 5 months so im perfectly capable of "getting something" if i wanted it. im tired of people being so judgemental

Not all teens are classified in that manner though. I can understand it sucks being lumped in with the rest of them but as long as you know your not like that, that's all that matters.

Good question I suppose.
Maybe it's just that the ones getting that attention are the ones who are in peoples face all the time, where those like you don't seek out such attention.
Just a thought.

I guess it's like the old saying goes , it only takes one bad apple to ruin the whole bushel. Actually though I know a lot of great teens that don't do all those things. I am proud to say I have raised two daughters that are wonderful young ladies and I have a step son and step daughter who are just really good people.Stereotypes suck but I would think it would just be a challenge for good teens to rise above.
