Ok so I'm not quiet 40 yet but I do have two young daughters one is married and one is now happily single and I know what they like and Hey it has'nt been that long ago that I was young .

No really , every girl likes something different so the best thing that I can suggest is just to be yourself. Over time you will get tired of putting on an act to satisfy the needs on each girl that you meet which will lead to resentment so start each relationship off right by being youself and you'll be ok.

Looks, popularity, money.

Most girls i know, including some of the plastics at my school prefer to be with a guy who doesn't take himself seriously but isn't enormously stupid and not arrogant. They also have to have a unique and caring personality and, in my opinion have to not be the type who plays mind games all the time. But mainly they just have to be themselves, whatever they are like everyone goes for different things.

i'm 20 but i still remember high school pretty clearly. I like honest guys! The kinda that doesn't lie or cheat or anything like that!

I have a hell of a lot of trouble finding girls because I'm naturally anti-social and also somewhat shady (which on the flip side is an attraction to some), what I do know though is that girls dont like 'fake' guy in other words just be yourself and your bound to find someone.

Well, seeing as you're only fifteen years old, you're entitled to ask that question and recieve an honest answer. First, I'll tell you what high school girls, and all girls for that matter, don't like. Girls, no matter how much they tell you otherwise, do NOT want a sweet guy. Girls want to eventually marry a sweet guy but for now all they want is someone to pass the time with, and it's very boring to pass the time with a sweet guy. As a high school senior, I've seen a lot of my guy friends rejected over the years because they didn't take my advice. You have to show that you have a slight edge to you, thereby making yourself that much more sexy. Be confident in yourself too. The biggest turn-off is a guy who thinks he's less than you are. And, lastly, be a man!! Girls like their boyfriends to be strong, but at the same time, to know that they will only use their strength to protect them and never to harm them.
